Instructions:
- Begin here
- If this your first time scheduling an appointment, register for an account (at the top of the login box) with your ECU email address.
- Once registered, login and make an appointment. The white boxes on the schedule indicate times that we are open and available.
- Once you select an available time on our calendar to schedule an appointment, a screen will display for you to fill out information regarding your appointment. Indicate if you would like your appointment to be 30 minutes or an hour using the drop down boxes at the top of the page.
- Select an appointment type: face-to-face or online. If you select “online” for your appointment, you will be sent a Webex invitation before your scheduled appointment time. **We meet online using Webex and not the WCOnline online appointment feature because Webex allows a screen-sharing option.**
- Be sure to scroll to the bottom of the page and select “Save Appointment.”
- Your appointment “block” will be visible to you.
- You and the CCE staff member will both receive an email about the confirmed appointment.
Canceling/Rescheduling appointments:
- Login to the appointment system.
- Double- click on your appointment “block” on the calendar.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and choose “Cancel Appointment.”
- You and the CCE staff member will both be notified by email about your cancellation.
- Please cancel your appointment at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
