Information for College of Fine Arts and Communication Graduates:

Any unclaimed tickets will be redistributed Wednesday April 24 from 7:30 am– 10:00 am (or until tickets run out) at Proctor-Yongue House (601 E 5th St). Only College of Fine Arts and Communication graduates can pick up extra tickets.

Graduates should arrive at the ballrooms on the second floor of the Student Center and check-in no later than 8:15 am.  All graduates will formally march into the ballrooms and sit in a designated seating area.  Photographs will be taken as each graduate as they walk across the stage then again at the bottom of the stage.  Each CFAC graduate, wearing a cap and gown, will be recognized by name and will walk across the stage to receive the congratulations of the faculty members and the Dean of the College of Fine Arts and Communication.  Info for Cap and Gown:  https://commencement.ecu.edu/cap-and-gown/

ECU Parking and Transportation will suspend parking permit enforcement the day of graduation.  Graduates and their guests will be able to park in any of the parking lots on the ECU Campus.  There is a parking deck located right next to the Student Center.   We strongly advise guests to arrive early to ensure they find a parking space and can arrive to the ceremony in a timely manner.  Handicapped seating and parking will be provided for guests.  There will also be designated parking next to the Student Center for individuals with handicap placards/plates.
