SOC Career Panel and Career Opportunities Fair is Thursday, February 6 from 1 – 3:30 p.m.

This Thursday, February 6, the School of Communication will host its annual Career Panel and Career Opportunities Fair.

We are proud to announce that our Career Panel consists of:

Persida Montanez, ECU SOC alumnae and Public Affairs Specialist at Dominion Energy;
Kristen Hunter, ECU SOC alumnae and Greenville, NC Police Department Public Information Officer;
Bernie Ritter, News Director WNCT 9 On Your Side (CBS) and Eastern North Carolina CW;
Steve Hawley, Greenville Utilities Communication Public Information Officer;
Marc Morriston, Marketing Director WNCT 9 On Your Side (CBS) and Eastern North Carolina CW;
and Meredith Hawke, ECU SOC alumnae and Interim Executive Director at Uptown Greenville.

The panel members come from a broad variety of career paths within the communication field. They will share career advice and insights into the communication field with our students. The panel is from 1 – 2 p.m. in room 125 of the Main Campus Student Center.

The Career Opportunities Fair will host 20+ companies and organization looking for new hires and interns. The fair is open only to School of Communication students and offers our students a great networking opportunity! The fair is 2 – 3:30 p.m. in Ballroom C in the Main Student Center.
